Is shipping free?

Yes, we offer free standard shipping on all orders — no minimum required. 

Do you offer faster shipping?

Yes! If you need your Kush Girls order ASAP, you can select a faster shipping option at checkout for an additional fee.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders are typically processed within 3-9 business days. Once shipped, standard delivery times vary by location — but we’ll email your tracking number as soon as the order hits the road.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we ship within Canada, Mexico and the U.S. 

I made a mistake on my order — can I change it?

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, email us ASAP at info@kushgirls.com with your order number and the change you need. We can’t guarantee edits after your order is placed, but we’ll try our best.

How do Greenhouse Vision glasses work?

Greenhouse Vision glasses are engineered with specialized tinted lenses that help filter portions of the light spectrum produced by the sun, LED grow lights, HID, and CMH lighting. By reducing exposure to intense blue, violet, and ultraviolet wavelengths, the lenses create a more comfortable viewing experience in bright, high-intensity environments. 

The custom lens tint selectively filters harsh wavelengths that can contribute to glare and visual fatigue. Instead of simply making everything darker like traditional sunglasses, the lenses are designed to balance light transmission and improve visual clarity, allowing you to work comfortably without sacrificing visibility.

My necklace broke, what should I do?

We understand how disappointing it can be if your jewelry becomes damaged.

For broken chains, clasps, jump rings, or other minor repairs, we recommend visiting your local jewelry store. Most jewelry repair shops can complete these repairs quickly and affordably, allowing you to enjoy your piece again without the delays and environmental impact of shipping it back and forth.

Choosing a local repair is also the most sustainable option. It helps reduce unnecessary packaging, shipping emissions, and waste while supporting skilled jewelers in your community.
