Do you offer returns or exchanges?
Nope — all sales are final. Every Kush Girls piece is handmade and limited edition, so we do not accept returns or exchanges. Please double-check your order before checking out. If you have a problem with your order, reach out — we’ll do our best to help.
Is shipping free?
Yes, we offer free standard shipping on all orders — no minimum required.
Do you offer faster shipping?
Yep! If you need your Kush Girls order ASAP, you can select a faster shipping option at checkout for an additional fee.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are typically processed within 3-9 business days. Once shipped, standard delivery times vary by location — but we’ll email your tracking number as soon as the order hits the road.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship within Canada and the U.S.
I made a mistake on my order — can I change it?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, email us ASAP at info@kushgirls.com with your order number and the change you need. We can’t guarantee edits after your order is placed, but we’ll try our best.
My order arrived damaged — what now?
Email us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the damage. We’ll see what we can do to take care of it. 💌
